My favorite part of construction is custom homes. I love designing, projecting, and building unique homes with craftsman quality. For over 14 years I have been doing custom homes on-time and within budget for many satisfied home owners. I have built homes from 7,200 sq. ft. with a basketball court in the basement, circular staircases and magnificent crown moldings; to a more cozy 1,300 sq. ft. twin home that is comfortable and on-trend. Whatever your vision, I can take you from the blue-prints to moving in to the home of your dreams.

Remodeling

If you want a new look to your home, but love your home and neighborhood or just can’t relocate right now, remodeling might be your answer. From a complete makeover of your kitchen or bath to finishing your basement I can make it happen for you. I have finished basements with full kitchens and theater rooms, as well as just one or two rooms to make the home a little more spacious when company comes. A stylish way to update the exterior of your home is to replace that old, tired red wood deck with maintenance-free Trex decking. For the ultimate in comfort I can install a custom cover that blends right in with the roof for relaxing in the shade or entertaining in almost any season.

Contracting

I have managed everything from small jobs that only took a few weeks to multiple large projects spanning more than a year. Coordinating subcontractors and crunching numbers to hit deadlines and budgets are things that I take pride in accomplishing. Timeliness and consideration for those I work with during the building process are my #1 priority when it comes to interaction with customers and completing jobs. Careful planning, performed weeks and sometimes even months in advance, helps to avoid problems that could arise during the building process. I have the experience, education, and dedication that are valuable in the contracting industry, and I look forward to working with you.
